Important Update Regarding PC Pricing

We're reaching out to let our valued community know about an unavoidable change in the cost of our custom PC builds.

Globally, we are currently experiencing a significant and widespread shortage of RAM (Random Access Memory). This crisis is affecting the price of all memory items, leading to dramatic price hikes across the entire market.

What Does This Mean for Our Prices?

- Unfortunately, the increase in component costs means that we can no longer maintain our current pricing structure. We are forced to raise the cost of our PCs to reflect the new market reality.

- For example: A 32GB DDR5 Corsair RGB kit, which we were recently purchasing for around £90-£100, is now costing us upwards of £300+ from distributors.

- At these new component prices, we would be operating at a loss on every single build. While we wish we could absorb the increase, paying our bills and staying in business requires us to adjust our prices accordingly.

What to Expect

- You may see some larger retailers temporarily maintaining their lower prices as they clear out existing, older stock purchased before the shortage hit. They will inevitably face the same pressure and adjust their prices soon.

- We understand that these changes may unfortunately lead to us losing some clients, and we sincerely regret that.
