How Our Coverage Works
🛠️ Proactive Maintenance
We don't wait for things to break. Your scheduled "Health Checks" are preventative visits for your whole office to handle internal cleaning, non-urgent software updates, and system optimization.
🚨 Emergency Callouts
When things go wrong, we are there. An Emergency Callout covers a single onsite visit (up to 2 hours of labour) per site to resolve specific technical issues that cannot be fixed remotely. (If multiple issues exist, we tackle them in a single visit where possible).
⏱️ Hours & Coverage
• Remote Support: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00
• Onsite Visits: Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00
• Service Area: Strictly limited to Kent & Sussex to guarantee our rapid response times.
