Returns & Warranty Policy
1. 14-Day "Change of Mind" Returns
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a "Change of Mind" return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all factory seals intact.

Exclusion: Once a system has been unboxed, powered on, or the internal software has been initialized, it is no longer considered "unopened" or in "new condition." In these instances, the item is considered "used" and is ineligible for a change-of-mind return due to the bespoke nature of the assembly and software licensing.

Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of fully insured return shipping.
2. Custom-Built (Bespoke) Goods
Please note that our PCs are professionally assembled to your specific requirements. While we honor the 14-day window for completely unopened units, we cannot accept returns for bespoke systems once the assembly and software configuration process has been completed and the unit has been used by the customer, unless the system is faulty.
3. Faulty Goods & Warranty
Your purchase is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

First 30 Days: If your system develops a hardware defect within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Garner Tech will cover all courier costs for "Faulty on Arrival" or hardware issues during this period.

1 Year Parts & 3 Years Labour: Beyond the first 30 days, your system is covered by our standard warranty. We will repair or replace defective hardware components free of charge within the first year.
4. Cancellations
Orders cancelled before the assembly process has begun will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after payment but before shipping may be subject to a 3% administrative fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
